I have tried many many different milks and milk replacements over the years. I had totally given up on finding anything worthwhile, and then all of a sudden this one came along. Great in smoothies, and I even made some pastry cream with it that was incredible. The search is over!

Who doesn't love this "milk"? I have to say, since they changed the formula a few months back it doesn't taste as creamy as it once did. It is still my favourite milk alternative though! As someone else mentioned, it foams so well! It's worth mentioning that it doesn't split in the coffee when you don't foam the milk!
Ce lait végétalien est un pur bonheur. Il mousse à merveille et rend notre café velouté. Tellement meilleur que le lait de soya barista!
